1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the filing summaries and calculators provided by FilingsToday ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them.

2. Service

The site provides free summaries of public filings from Korea's DART and the US SEC's EDGAR, along with calculators and guides. No account is required. Data is refreshed automatically at least once a day, but update times and continued availability are not guaranteed.

3. Nature of the information

Information on the site is not investment advice and its accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. Where a number differs from the original filing, the original prevails. See the disclaimer.

4. Prohibited use

• Automated requests that place excessive load on the site
• Presenting the site's information as investment advice or paid consultation from the site
• Copying pages or guides wholesale to another site without attribution

5. Copyright

Original filings belong to their filers. The site's layout, guides, calculators and sentence templates belong to the operator. Short quotations with attribution are welcome.

6. Advertising

The site may show third-party advertising; advertisers are responsible for their ads and for any transaction made through them.

7. External links

Cards link to the original filings on DART and the SEC. Those sites are run by their own operators, and their content, availability and terms are their responsibility.

8. Changes

Changes to these terms are posted on this page with an effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
